BLESS N’ BALANCE

INTRODUCTION

Happy 2026!  As we prepare to march into this new year, I am inspired to encourage you to bless yourself and to “bounce.”  When you learn how to bless yourself and to “bounce” in 2026, you will live a more peaceful, productive, and powerful life.

When this message is over, you will:

• Know what it means to bless yourself and “bounce”.
• Know the value of blessing yourself and “bouncing”.
• Know how to bless yourself and “bounce”.
• Experience the power and joy of blessing yourself and “bouncing”.

BLESS GOES THREE (3) WAYS

A. When you bless The Lord – Psalm 103:1, 104:1

1. 1. When we bless The Lord, your blessing goes up as worship.
   2. When we bless The Lord, we honor, thank or speak well of Him.
   3. When we bless The Lord, the Lord is the object of our blessing.
   4. When you bless The Lord, you declare Who The Lord is!

B. When you bless something or someone else – Luke 9:16

1. When you bless someone or something, your blessing goes out as a petition.
2. When you bless someone or something, you are inviting The Lord’s favor and purpose into the person or object.
3. When you bless someone or something, the person or thing is the object of your blessing.
4. When you bless someone or something, you acknowledge what The Lord does.

C. When you bless yourself – Isaiah 6:16 (Please see the separate note entitled,
Ten Scriptures For Self-Blessing)

1. When you bless yourself, your blessing flows inward as Divine alignment.
2. When you bless yourself, you are invoking The Lord’s truth over yourself.
3. When you bless yourself, you speak The Lord’s life into your life.
4. When you bless yourself, you declare your dependence on The Lord.

“BOUNCE”

1. Abraham bounced.                           Genesis 12:1
2. The Israelites bounced.                   Deuteronomy 2:3
3. The lepers bounced.                         2 Kings 7:3
4. Saul bounced.                                    Acts 9
5. The woman at the well bounced.   John 4
6. When The Lord moves in your life, move with Him.  Make the adjustment!  Don’t prioritize the familiar over faithfulness.

 SUMMARY

When you bless yourself and bounce with The Lord, you maximize The Lord’s favor, faithfulness, and fruitfulness in your life!
