CULTIVATE LEADERSHIP

We have a wonderful opportunity for you. Our Cultivate Leadership Essentials development program will offer the “Leading Self” class in January, 2023.  “Leading Self” will help you grow as an individual, learn more about God’s call on your life, become a more effective witness, and build new relationships with fellow KCC attenders.

Leading Self is a 4-week course and begins on January 31, 2023. The four classes are: Biblical Servant Leadership, Prayer in the Life of a Leader, Spiritual Health, and DISC personality assessment. In this class, you can expect dynamic teaching, interactive lessons, small group activities, and vibrant discussions. You will also learn to set and achieve personal goals with the aid and support of a CLE coach. The classes are Tuesday evenings, 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM.

This course is available whether you attend KCC or worship somewhere else.  It’s for anyone who wants to learn and grow!

This experience would normally cost several hundred dollars. We are excited to offer this unparalleled experience for only $40.00.  The registration fee includes course materials, the cost of the DISC assessment and snacks.
