The WV Church Family introduces, “At Work,” a new ministry offering helping members searching for and securing employment. This free opportunity is available for members needing guidance preparing for their job search and identifying open positions in the Greater Houston area. Participants will learn how to prepare for job interviews and to answer common interview questions recruiters and hiring managers will most likely ask. They will also learn best practices to follow before and after the job interview, as well as to prepare thoughtful interview questions to ask the hiring manager after the end of the interview. Participants will also be challenged to research the company to ensure that they are aligned with the culture and values of the organization. |
