MULTI MEDIA: Envisioned Sound

You may have noticed all of the technical equipment, cameras, cords and wires in the back of the great room on Sundays.   With our camera setup and computers we generate the graphics and imagery that you see on the big screens during services.  It takes a lot of  skill, work and imagination.

All of the equipment  for the Envisioned Sound ministry is operated by our youth . The training for equipment operation is actually done by the youth themselves. In this day and age young people are very knowledgeable and proficient in the use of technology.  For those who desire to embark upon a career in the video production field, this is a perfect opportunity to learn the basics. Presently we have about eighteen active members who rotate on a set schedule every Sunday.

Pastor Ray Bady has been a  great influence on the Envisioned Sound ministry because of his strong  grasp of the latest  technological advances in the audio visual field.  We follow the vision that he has set forth for Envisioned Sound on Sunday in order to maximize the worship experience in youth church.

If you took away the microphones and the big screens  with all of the song lyrics and videos presented during service , imagine what it would be like in the absence of these very important pieces.

We know God would be praised powerfully regardless, but the word also instructs us to do with all our might soul and strength the things  in life we put our hands to do!

On Sunday mornings our youth arrive early to set up all the equipment,  as well as the background banners  that are seen at the back of the stage. Our youth also help out on the adult side for services across the hall as well.

Envisioned Sound is an exciting ministry to be a part of and we welcome anyone to come and join and learn about how the audio visual component of youth service works. If any one is interested simply come to the back of the great room on Sunday morning before service and ask for Albert Anderson or Ken Land and we will be more than happy to sign you up and get you trained.

Albert Anderson and Ken Land, the Youth Prayer Minister,  are responsible for overseeing the multimedia needs of the Outbreak Ministry Sunday services.
